The Luxury Home Council has a limited number of immediate positions open for
independent contractors that desire to teach the Accredited Luxury Home
Specialist (ALHS) course.
Requirements For Consideration:
- Two Years Professional Teaching Experience
- Five Years Licensed Real Estate Activity
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Power Point®
- Experience in Luxury Home Listing and Sales
- Good Standing With NAR®, Local & State Agencies
- Be an ALHS Designated Agent

- Location
- Attendance
- Coordinator Contact
- Copy of Real Estate License
